Blank 12 Week Calendar for Notes

I thought it would be helpful to have a blank version of the calendar to jot down any notes. Maybe size of weights for a particular strength exercise or how you felt the next day after a certain ride. 


1. Click on the calendar, it will open up in a larger view.
2. Right click on the image.
3. Click "save image as..."

I would consider the the above plan an Intermediate level of fitness. If you are new to Peloton PLEASE check out their beginner catalog of material. It is great and I started my first few months of Peloton taking ALL the beginner and advanced beginner rides.
