12 Week Peloton Plan - "Choose Your Own Peloton Adventure" Version!
I hope you get the most out of this plan! Make sure you modify or take a break if your body needs it! This plan was created on the concept of muscle confusion, similar to P90X and 80 Day Obsession, try to stick to the daily plan even if you do need to modify!
I recommend adding the coming week's classes to your stack every Sunday. Check out searching for classes and adding to your stack here.
I also created a blank calendar so that you check off your days, document your workouts and make notes as needed. You can find that here!

I am going to use this to begin a regimented fitness journey and I’m grateful for people like you who create calendars like this for those who do not have that skill set. I am excited to see the results in about 4 weeks and making this much needed health and wellness commitment to myself with this easy to follow calendar. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
