12 Week Peloton Workout Plan: Weeks 1 - 4

I hope you get the most out of this plan! Make sure you modify or take a break if your body needs it! Don't have time for a 45 minute workout? - choose a shorter class, but try to stick to the same class type since this plan was created on the concept of muscle confusion.  If you need it, check out searching for classes and adding to your stack here. I recommend adding the coming week's classes to your stack every Sunday.
